CarHunter World is a Telegram bot. It watches public car listings, compares each price with
the market median for the same segment, and sends you the cars that look underpriced. This page
explains what data we keep and why.
What we collect
Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID, chat ID and language code.
We need the ID to send you messages.
Your settings: the search filters you create (make, model, price, year,
body type and similar), and your interface language.
Subscription state: your plan, its start and end date, and how many
vehicle history checks you used.
Requests you make: VIN codes you ask us to check, and any text you send
through the feedback command.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or documents. We do not read your other
Telegram chats. We have no access to them.
What we do not collect
We do not collect card or payment details. Payments are handled by the payment provider
inside Telegram. We only receive the fact that a subscription started or ended.
Our Facebook and Instagram app
Our app carhunterworldposter publishes our own posts to our own Facebook Page and
Instagram account, and reads the statistics of those posts (views, reach, likes). It does not
collect data about people who see or like our posts, and it cannot post anywhere else.
Why we keep this data
To match new listings against your filters and send you the ones that fit.
To know which plan you are on and how many checks are left.
To find and fix errors, and to count how many people use each feature.
Who else sees it
Telegram delivers the messages.
Microsoft Azure hosts the service and stores the data.
Vehicle history providers receive the VIN code when you ask for a check.
They do not receive your identity.
The payment provider handles the payment itself.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your settings and subscription state while your account is active. If you ask us to
delete your data, we remove it within 30 days. Technical logs are kept for a short period and
then rotate out.
Your choices
You can change or remove your filters in the bot at any time.
You can block the bot. It will stop writing to you at once.
You can ask us to delete everything. See Data deletion.
Children
The service is not meant for people under 16.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
