How to delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. There are two ways.

1. Ask inside the bot

1. Open the bot in Telegram.
2. Send the command /feedback.
3. Write delete my data.

2. Ask by email

Write to hello@carhunterworld.com with the subject Delete my data. Please send the message from the address you can be reached at, and tell us your Telegram username so we can find the right account.

What gets deleted

• Your Telegram user ID and chat ID.
• All search filters you created.
• Your language setting and subscription record.
• The VIN codes you asked us to check.

We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it. After that the bot no longer knows you and stops sending anything.

Facebook and Instagram

Our app carhunterworldposter only publishes our own posts to our own accounts. It stores no personal data about people on Facebook or Instagram, so there is nothing to delete on that side. If you believe otherwise, write to us and we will check.
